Whitney Hall, LPC

At different times in our life we must journey. We can get burned out, disconnected

from ourselves and others, make mistakes, face grief, depression, anxiety, loneliness,

familial/cultural expectations and trauma. At times it can feel impossible to navigate it all.

The good news is you don't have to do it alone.

It is my honor to be a guide along these paths.

Here are some of my beliefs about the healing work:

  • I believe we can do hard things, have painful experiences and still experience joy and pleasure.

  • I deeply respect people who ask for help. This is the first step to change and maybe the hardest.

  • I believe we have all the tools we need. It's about remembering they are within us and that it's ok to need help finding and using them.

  • Most of us were not taught how to communicate effectively, make healthy boundaries or know what a secure relationship looks and feels like. This is common and can be repaired.

The work I do:

  • I provide opportunities to challenge old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you and find new ways to thrive.

  • We will meet and talk about where you feel out of sync, what you want to change and what has been getting in the way of creating the life you want.

  • Together we can co-create concrete tools and coping skills that allow you to make new connections with yourself and others.

  • I have experienced the healing power of art personally and professionally. Art can help us translate our inner messages and guides into the external world. It is our link to ourselves and the great mysteries of life.

  • I offer guided and unstructured opportunities to self-express and process using art materials. *You do not need to have any art experience or background to do art therapy.
