Victoria Koopman is a registered yoga movement professional and personal trainer, pursuing her career in working with individuals that are looking for assistance in finding their own healthy movement. She offers virtual group movement classes, as well as 1:1 yoga therapy, yoga asana, and personal training sessions virtually or in person. Her focus on functional re-patterning allows clients to more fully embody themselves and remember the wisdom held within. She is beyond excited and grateful to be working in Prema Health’s collaborative practitioner environment.
Victoria values self-education and inquiry and is a firm believer that health can be found through movement. Victoria’s 1:1 sessions are offered on a sliding scale for BIPOC folx.
