Hello and welcome.  I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 25 years of clinical experience. I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Psychotherapy. I have a private practice serving adults and adolescents and offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. 

 

My work is trauma focused, body-based and relational. The work that we will do together will be collaborative, non-pathologizing and empowering. It will help support a deeper connection to your internal resources, which results in a greater sense of acceptance and agency so that you can make the shifts you desire. I will guide you to get to know your parts and support awareness and understanding of their underlying beliefs and burdens. As we identify and explore these self-limiting patterns, inviting curiosity and compassion my clients report greater feelings of confidence, enhanced perspective and the ability to be more authentic in their lives.
