Personal trainers at Prema combine the diverse approaches from Yoga, Cross-fit, and functional training to help you meet your movement goals.  Sessions take place in house and out in the world where you move and explore.  We can help you function more efficiently in your daily tasks and help you refine your patterns in exercise activities such as running and yoga.
