Jess Nethercote LMT

she/her/hers

Jess believes in the innate power of the body. Through her training to become a certified Rolfer™, she experienced a deep exploration of seeing, treating and inhabiting the body as a whole connected system, rather than individual parts. Boiled down, Rolfing® sessions can be described as hands-on manual therapy (via muscles & fascia) mixed with movement education.

Rolfing can be useful for many different reasons, including posture, alignment, chronic pain, range of motion limitations, movement restrictions, creating more ease in the body, and enhancing connection to self.
